*MEES Regulations – Fromn 1 April 2018 it is unlawful to let properties wuith an EPC rating lower than an E. We can help ensure compliance with this legilsation and provide advice as to how to improve efficiency where necessary.
*It is now compulsory for there to working Carbon Monoxide (where necessary) and smoke detectors in rental properties (1 per floor). We always check all smoke detector during Inventory and Check Out inspections. We can replace batteries or detectors if necessary.
